Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog where I share my thoughts on books that I read. Today I want to talk about a book that I recently finished, called ‘Muslim Discipline and Roles in Life: How to Grow Muslim Potential and Success on Resurrection Day.’ This is a book written by Mohd Mursalin Sa’ad, who is a scholar and a motivational speaker. He claims that this book is not only for Muslims, but for anyone who wants to learn about the Islamic principles of discipline, leadership, and success.

The book is divided into three parts. The first part is about the concept of discipline in Islam, and how it relates to worship, morality, and self-improvement. The author explains the importance to develop the potential of Muslims to be useful people for society and the country. To develop this task t needs personal strength, forward vision, but most importantly the connectivity with the Al-Mighty Lord. Because strength comes withing the heart, if a person committed to adhere to God’s rules and commands by being pious, most probably he can manage this accountability to himself and fellowmen. That said, abstaining for haram activities is top priority, but you know sometimes the heart neglected the rules. to avoid sins is not uneasy task but it is feasible by understanding the concept that the angels on your sides are watching you and writing your deeds as witness in the hereafter. He also emphasized practical tips on how to develop habits of prayer, fasting, charity, and pilgrimage. He argues that discipline is not only a duty, but also a source of joy and peace.

The second part is about the roles and responsibilities of Muslims in different aspects of life, such as family, society, education, and work. The author discusses the Islamic values of respect, justice, mercy, and cooperation. He also provides examples of successful Muslim figures from history and modern times, who have contributed to the advancement of humanity in various fields. He encourages Muslims to be proactive, creative, and ethical in their endeavours.

The third part is about the ultimate goal of Muslims, which is to achieve success on Resurrection Day. The author describes the events of the Day of Judgment when everyone will be accountable for their deeds in this world. He also explains the criteria for entering Paradise or Hellfire, based on the Quran and the hadith (the sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad). He urges Muslims to strive for excellence in this world, but also to remember the hereafter and prepare for it.

I found this book to be very informative and inspiring. It gave me a lot of insights into the Islamic worldview and how it can help me improve myself and my life. It also challenged me to think about my purpose and my destiny. I think this book is suitable for anyone who wants to learn more about Islam or who wants to enhance their personal and professional skills. It is written in a clear and engaging style, with references to authentic sources and real-life stories. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in reading it.
